A three-room apartment in an 1890s Altbau
I'm renting my fully furnished apartment in Neukölln, Berlin from November through May. I'm looking for one person or couple to rent it, ideally for one or two months. It's on the third floor with a balcony and an elevator, a block from the canal, and in the heart of the hippest part of town.

The apartment
In Reuterkiez, a block from the Landwehrkanal
I fully renovated the apartment a few years ago with a designer, Studio Bosko. We kept a lot of the art nouveau details that were already in the building, such as the plaster moldings, the tall arched windows, and the old wood floors. The tiles above the kitchen counter are original, dating to around 1900. It was featured in Architectural Digest and Vogue.
It's about 105 square meters (1,130 square feet). The bedroom has a king bed and air conditioning, and the study has a fold-out sofa that can comfortably sleep two. There's a desk with a large ultrawide monitor and gigabit internet, and the kitchen is well-stocked (I like to cook!).
There's an elevator in the stairwell, although some stairs are still required to access the apartment.
